Calm Ritual

Soft Landing At Home

For when you’ve just come through the door and feel wired, stressed, or unsettled.  

 

Put 'Calm' on somewhere in the background and choose one small thing: lighting a candle, running a bath, or simply sitting on the edge of the bed.

 

Let the track be a timer where you don’t have to tidy, scroll, or reply - you just sit, breathe, and notice your shoulders dropping a little.  

 

When the music ends, do one gentle act of care - change into soft clothes, remove your makeup, and let that be enough.​​​​

Tired Ritual

Heavy Limbs / Evening Reset

For the days when you are beyond exhausted but still feel like you “should be doing more”.  

Put 'Tired' on and lie down - on the sofa, on the bed, even on the bathroom floor with a towel under you if that’s where you are.  

 

Let your body be as heavy as it wants, eyes open or closed, hands resting wherever feels most comforting. 

 

While the track plays, give yourself permission not to move unless you absolutely have to; no stretching, no fixing, just existing.

 

When the song finishes, decide the very next smallest thing - brush teeth, take off jewellery, or climb into bed...  and leave everything else for another day.

Washing The Day Away

For the evenings when the world has been too loud and you just want everything off your skin.

 

Press play on LuvvSense before you step into the shower and let the water and sound do the talking.

As the track builds, wash slowly from neck to toes, paying attention to temperature, texture, and the feel of your hands instead of your thoughts.

 

When the music ends, pause for three gentle breaths, then step out and wrap yourself in a warm towel like you’re tucking yourself in.

Connection Ritual

Coming Back To Your Body

For the moments you feel numb, disconnected, or stuck in your head. 

 

Press play on 'Connection' and choose a simple touch ritual: massaging in body lotion, oiling your feet, or slowly applying hand cream.

 

Move your hands deliberately, following the shape of your arms, legs, or feet, and imagine you’re greeting each part after a long time apart.  

 

If thoughts come in, just bring your attention back to the feeling of skin-on-skin and the sound filling the room.  

 

When the track ends, place both hands over your heart or stomach for a breath and notice that you’re here, in your body, right now.

Dressing Ritual

Coming Back To Your Body

For the times you’re getting dressed on shaky confidence, when you’re not sure you even want to go.  

Put 'Woman' on and stand in front of your wardrobe for a moment without choosing anything.  Instead of asking “What will make me look acceptable?”, quietly ask “What would feel kind to my body tonight?”...and pull one outfit that feels easiest to wear.  

 

As the song rises, do one detail - brows, lipstick, or perfume, as if you’re getting ready to meet yourself, not anyone else.  

 

Before you leave, look at your reflection for a single, soft breath and thank your body for coming with you exactly as she is...
