1. Our Services
LuvvLife provides beauty and wellness information, physical products via The Atelier, and digital services including online courses and mentoring.

2. Digital Content (Online Courses)

Access: Upon purchase, you will receive access to the course content for the duration specified on the product page.

Personal Use: Course materials are for your personal, non-commercial use only. Sharing login details or reproducing content is strictly prohibited.

No Guarantees: While our courses are built on professional expertise, we do not guarantee specific results. Success depends on individual application.

3. Mentoring Services

Appointments: Mentoring sessions must be booked in advance.

Cancellations: We require at least 72 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Sessions cancelled with less notice may be charged in full.

4. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and course materials, is the property of LuvvLife and is protected by UK copyright laws.

5. Limitation of Liability
LuvvLife provides wellness and beauty information for educational purposes. We are not medical professionals. Always consult with a doctor before starting new health or skincare regimes, especially if you have existing conditions.

Shipping & Returns Policy (The Atelier)
We want you to love your purchases from The Atelier. If you’re not completely happy, here is how we can help.

Shipping Information

Dispatch: We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days.

Delivery Area: We currently ship to UK only.

Tracking: Once your order is on its way, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Returns & Refunds
In accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations:

Change of Mind: You have 14 days from the day you receive your goods to notify us that you wish to cancel your order. You then have a further 14 days to return the items to us.

Condition: Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition.

Hygiene Exception: For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used beauty products, skincare, or nail care items unless they are faulty.

Faulty Items: If an item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us at hello@luvvlife.com within 30 days for a full refund or replacement.

How to Start a Return

Email hello@luvvlife.com with your order number for authorisation.

Package your items securely.

Post them back to us (we recommend using a tracked service). Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
